Services

Clean Up Maids provides residential and commercial cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Service details, including scope, frequency, and pricing, will be agreed upon before work begins.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will make every effort to accommodate scheduling requests but cannot guarantee specific time slots.

Pricing & Payment

Prices for our services are provided as quotes and may vary based on the size of the space, condition, and specific services requested. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

Access & Preparation

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. We ask that pets be secured and that any valuables or fragile items be stored safely before our team arrives. Clean Up Maids is not responsible for damage to items left in work areas that were not disclosed prior to service.

Liability & Insurance

Clean Up Maids carries general liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage during a cleaning session, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the value of the cleaning service provided.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge.
